The most important thing we've built at Openers is this team.
+30 people who come from completely different worlds - journalism, tech, fashion, entertainment, startups, academia, and a few places in between - and who chose to build something together anyway. Some have been here long enough to have grown entire careers with us. Others arrive and immediately feel like they always belonged.
We care about where people come from, but we care more about where they're going. We empower each other, trust each other, and show up for each other. Remote or in-room, Berlin or elsewhere - that doesn't change.
